Role Summary
We are looking for an
Lead Generation Executive to support SANeForce's demand generation initiatives. The role focuses on
executing email marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through data-driven marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing
- Create and manage email lists, segmentation, and drip campaigns
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools
- Research and build targeted prospect databases based on defined ICPs
- Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy norms
- Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to ensure proper lead handover and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead data and campaign tracking in CRM
- Support A/B testing, subject line optimization, and content personalization
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and lead quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead research
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar)
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics
- Ability to work from the Chennai office
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies
- Exposure to additional lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter, etc.
- Knowledge of lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and funnel metrics
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period
