Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and research-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our sales pipeline by identifying potential prospects and maintaining accurate lead data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building targeted prospect lists, profiling accounts, supporting outreach campaigns, and maintaining CRM hygiene to ensure effective lead tracking and follow-ups.

This is a hybrid role based in Chennai (Guindy / Siruseri) with US shift timings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting

Build and maintain targeted prospect lists including Credit Unions, Regional Banks, NBFCs, and mid-market enterprises

Conduct account profiling by collecting firmographic information, identifying key contacts, and researching technology stack indicators

Identify potential decision-makers and maintain updated contact databases

Support lead research for sales campaigns and business development initiatives

Campaign & Outreach Support

Prepare outreach lists for email and LinkedIn campaigns

Track responses and engagement metrics from campaigns

Assist the inside sales team with follow-up coordination and lead qualification

Support scheduling of meetings and follow-up communications with prospects

CRM Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate Zoho CRM records including lead source, status, notes, and next action steps

Ensure proper CRM hygiene for pipeline tracking and reporting readiness

Update prospect and lead information regularly to maintain data accuracy

Generate reports and insights to support sales planning and campaign effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, or Inside Sales Support roles
  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation and prospect research
  • Ability to build and maintain target account lists and prospect databases
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn research, web research tools, and business directories
  • Experience preparing email and LinkedIn outreach lists for campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM (preferred), HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
  • Understanding of BFS (Banking, Financial Services) industry is an added advantage
  • Exposure to lead generation for AI-based or technology solutions is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a process-driven and metrics-oriented environment

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
