Location: Empire Tower, Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Shift: Day Shift | 5 Days Working

About the Role
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will drive customer outreach and generate high-quality leads for premium residential and commercial property projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about communication, sales, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails & digital channels

Identify and qualify prospects for real estate projects

Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools

Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover

Follow compliance, quality, and data security protocols

Qualifications & Skills
Education:

Minimum HSC (12th pass)

Graduates welcome

Experience:

Freshers with strong communication skills encouraged

02 years experience in BPO sales, telecalling, real estate, or lead generation (preferred)

Skills:

Excellent communication in English & Hindi

Strong persuasion & active listening

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
