Roles and Responsibilities:
Proactively drive FMCG sales through effective cold calling, outbound calling, and strong relationship
building.
Deliver exceptional service to existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and
cross-selling.
Onboard new channel partners to expand the brand presence of Kadam and Pollie in the offline
consumer market.
Track, analyze, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales and marketing strategies
remain aligned with market trends.
Collaborate with the social media team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all
platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, production) and external partners (transport, courier services) to maintain smooth sales and distribution operations.
