Lead Generation Executive(IT Sales)

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive (IT Sales) with 6 months – 2 years of experience to join our growing team on-site in Indore, MP.

Location: Indore

Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)

Experience: 6 months- 2year

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and connect with potential clients for IT services across target markets
• Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including online platforms, outbound calls, email outreach, and networking
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to drive long-term engagement
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations aligned with client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project scope and ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM, and performance reports regularly
• Support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation and brand visibility

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in Lead generation / IT Sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)

• Good command of English for international client interaction

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team effectively
