Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research, maintaining prospect databases, and providing support to the sales team. The role involves researching target audiences, reaching out to potential clients, and nurturing prospects within the sales funnel to convert them into qualified leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads using LinkedIn, business directories, and backlink websites
  • Perform copy-paste activities for lead data collection and outreach
  • Send LinkedIn connection requests and messages using provided templates
  • Post and manage backlinks on forums, blogs, business listings, and Q&A platforms
  • Collect and update lead details such as name, email, company, designation, and location
  • Maintain lead records in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM
  • Follow instructions and daily targets provided by the team
  • Ensure data accuracy and avoid duplicate entries
  • Report daily/weekly progress to the reporting manager
