Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can generate quality leads and drive them towards successful deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales/lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other platforms
  • Research and target potential clients in domestic and international markets
  • Initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead status and sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical team for proposal creation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / IT Sales / Business Development
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email marketing tools
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
