We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can generate quality leads and drive them towards successful deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales/lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other platforms
- Research and target potential clients in domestic and international markets
- Initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical team for proposal creation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of B2B sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email marketing tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
