Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive, located in Mumbai. The role includes generating new leads, conducting market research to identify potential clients, maintaining databases, and executing strategies to enhance customer acquisition. Responsibilities also involve effective communication with prospects and collaborating with the sales team to nurture leads and achieve business goals.
What you'll do
- Research and identify potential clients across target segments using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other prospecting platforms, build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline.
- Conduct outbound calls as a primary channel of outreach, initiate conversations with prospects, establish rapport, and understand their financial needs before passing them forward.
- Coordinate closely with the Relationship Manager to schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth, well-timed handoffs, no dropped leads, no scheduling gaps.
- Keep the CRM updated at all times, log every call, conversation, follow-up, and status change accurately and promptly.
- Follow up diligently with warm leads through calls and messages, keeping prospects engaged through the pipeline without being intrusive.
- Work with the marketing and advisory teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns, target profiles, and firm priorities.
- Track and report weekly lead metrics, calls made, leads qualified, meetings scheduled, conversion rates.

- Strong spoken and written English, you can hold a confident, articulate conversation and follow it up with a crisp message.
- Excellent active listening skills, you pick up on what prospects actually need, not just what they say.
- Comfortable making and handling calls as a core part of the job, not just email or DMs.
- Naturally polite, patient, and professional in calls, messages, and every client touchpoint.
- Genuinely good at research, you can find the right person at the right company and know how to build a lead list that's worth calling.
- Hands-on with prospecting tools, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar. You don't need to be shown how these work.
- Disciplined about CRM hygiene, you update records without being reminded because you understand its value.
- A team player who can sync effectively with the Private Wealth folks and not create coordination gaps.
