Job Title : - Lead Generation Specialist

Shift Time : - 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST 5 days working

Work Mode : - Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to engage potential clients through a variety of channels to build a solid pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, CRM software, and lead databases to generate and qualify leads.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system with detailed notes and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and pipeline growth.
  • Schedule meetings or product demos between qualified leads and sales executives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize outreach efforts accordingly.
  • Attend industry events (virtual or in-person) to network and build relationships.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in lead generation, sales from US Market is mandatory
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B lead generation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or content marketing strategies.
  • Background in IT & Legal
