We are looking for a high-energy, motivated Lead Generation Executive to spearhead our Campus Ambassador Program. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our company and student leaders across various colleges and universities.
Your initial focus will be identifying, vetting, and onboarding influential students to represent our brand on campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential Campus Ambassadors through LinkedIn, Instagram, college portals, and placement cells.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential student leaders and influencers.
- Pitching & Onboarding: Conduct initial screenings and presentations to explain the benefits of our Campus Ambassador program.
- Market Research: Identify top-tier colleges and trending student communities to expand our reach.
- Data Management: Maintain an organized database of leads and track the conversion rate from Contacted to Onboarded.
Compensation & Growth Path
- We believe in rewarding performance. This role starts with a structured evaluation period leading into a long-term career.
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Stipend: Up to 15,000 per month (during probation)
- Full-Time Offer: Upon successful completion of probation and meeting performance KPIs, you will be transitioned to a permanent role.
- CTC: Up to 4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) + performance incentives.
Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You should be able to talk the talk with the Gen-Z student community.
- Persistence: A never give up attitude toward hitting daily outreach targets.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic CRM tools.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Final year students with full-time availability may apply).
- Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or campus organizing is a huge plus.
