ShefMate is a Pune-based startup that connects customers with home chefs who come to their house and cook fresh meals. We are expanding and looking for people who can help us find customers who need a home cook.
Role: Lead Generation Executive
Your Job
Your responsibility is to find people in Pune who are looking for a home cook and collect their details.
You can generate leads through:
Facebook groups
WhatsApp communities
Housing society groups
Online platforms where people ask for cooks
For every interested customer, you must collect:
Name
Phone number
Location in Pune
Veg or non-veg cooking preference
Number of people in the house
Payment Structure
40 for every valid lead
Extra bonus if the lead becomes a customer
Important
This is a performance-based role (no fixed salary).
Leads must be genuine people who are actually looking for a home cook.
Fake or duplicate leads will not be counted.
