Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive at Chinmay Finlease Limited in Ahmedabad. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation within the lending sector.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach.
- Drive sales growth through telemarketing and customer relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Communicate product benefits effectively to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, inbound, and outbound calls.
- Collaborate with the team and other departments.
- Gather and report customer feedback and market trends.
- Adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
- Participate in training to enhance sales skills and loan product knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
