Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive at Chinmay Finlease Limited in Ahmedabad. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation within the lending sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach.
  • Drive sales growth through telemarketing and customer relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Communicate product benefits effectively to potential customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, inbound, and outbound calls.
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments.
  • Gather and report customer feedback and market trends.
  • Adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in training to enhance sales skills and loan product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Market Analysis and Innovation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Financial acumen and understanding of lending practices
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
