We are looking for a dynamic and confident Lead Generation Executive with excellent communication skills and experience in B2B client outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing the company's services, and generating interest in business collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential B2B clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Introduce the company's products or services and clearly communicate the value proposition.
  • Build initial relationships with prospects and generate qualified leads for the business team.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or discussions with prospective clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture business opportunities.
  • Keep track of lead interactions and update the CRM or internal tracking system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective lead conversion.
  • Research potential companies and identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in B2B lead generation, client outreach, or business communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to confidently interact with professionals and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and CRM tools will be an advantage.
