Other Requirement

  • 1 year to 4 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staff augmentation or recruitment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in professional email writing and LinkedIn engagement
  • Ability to structure a strategic outreach approach to maximize prospect engagement
  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with outreach tools for lead generation
  • Ability to convert leads into sales is a big plus
