Wesoftek Solutions is a product and technology consulting company that delivers end-to-end software development and AI-enabled solutions to businesses across industries. As we scale our business development efforts, we're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive our top-of-funnel pipeline and help connect the right prospects with our services.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email channels
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists across industries relevant to Wesoftek's services
- Run personalised cold outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn to engage potential clients
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel
- Track outreach performance, maintain CRM records, and optimise campaigns based on data
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off warm, sales-ready leads
- Research market trends and identify new verticals and prospect segments to target
What we're looking for
- 1.52 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales
- Proven experience running outreach campaigns on LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred) and via email
- Familiarity with Google Ads or Google-based lead gen strategies is a plus
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to manage and track leads
- Strong written communication able to craft concise, compelling outreach messages
- Analytical mindset with an ability to read campaign metrics and iterate accordingly
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
