Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Gurgaon. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various sources (calls, social media, databases, referrals, etc.).
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality of leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or similar role (Freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
