Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B lead generation for clients in pharma, healthcare, and related industries.
- Perform in-depth online research using search engines, databases, LinkedIn, industry portals, and GenAI tools.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Build and maintain accurate and high-quality lead databases.
- Draft professional outreach emails, pitches, and follow-ups for scientific audiences.
- Initiate cold calls or voice-based outreach when required.
- Support email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- Maintain detailed activity logs and lead status updates in CRM systems.
- Apply scientific knowledge in a business and global market context.
- Participate in in-house process training and follow rotational shifts including UK shift.
