The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and articulate Business Development Executive to join our international growth team. In this role, you will be the face of the company for all markets, responsible for building our ecosystem from both sides: bringing in new Affiliates and securing new Advertisers.
This is a high-impact entry-level position perfect for someone who loves networking and wants to master the business side of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Onboarding: Identify and recruit high-quality publishers and affiliate partners to run our internal offers.
Advertiser Onboarding: Reach out to International brands and advertisers to secure new direct offers and campaigns for our network.
Market Outreach: Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and discovery calls to build a pipeline of potential partners.
Partnership Management: Guide new partners through the signup process and help them launch their first campaigns.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends to identify which types of advertisers and affiliates are currently high-performing.
What We're Looking For
Strong Communication: Flawless written and verbal English is mandatory for interacting with clients.
Sales Mindset: A natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with people quickly.
Research Skills: Ability to use tools like LinkedIn and Google to find and vet potential business partners.
Energy & Drive: A self-starter attitude with the persistence to hit daily outreach and onboarding targets.
Education: Degrees Don't Matter: We believe skills and attitude beat a piece of paper every time. Whether you are a dropout, a career-changer, or a recent grad—if you have the communication skills and the drive, we want you.
Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
