We're looking for an experienced and drivenLead Fullstack Engineerwith a strong foundation in theMERN stackand hands-on experience building scalable applications. You'll play a key role in system architecture design, backend development, and cross-functional collaboration, while also contributing to the team's engineering standards and culture.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable APIs usingNode.js
- Architect systems with a focus on bothHigh-Level Design (HLD)andLow-Level Design (LLD)
- Design and managedatabase schemasacross SQL and NoSQL systems
- Create and updatecomprehensive API documentation
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and UI/UX designers
- Contribute to building a high-performance engineering culture and establishing best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of fullstack development experience, primarily with theMERN stack
- Hands-on experience withReact Native
- Strong understanding ofRESTandGraphQLAPIs
- Proficiency inMySQLorPostgreSQL
- Familiarity withMongoDB,Redis, or other NoSQL databases
- Experience with error monitoring and performance optimization tools
- Bonus: Exposure toReact.js,Next.js, and strong UI development fundamentals
- Active user of modern AI developer tools such asCursor,Claude, orOpenAI
