Lead Full Stack Engineer

Hiring for our Heathcare product based client

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

● Own and drive technical design decisions across frontend and backend systems

● Review and approve architecture and design proposals

● Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure

● Set and uphold engineering standards and best practices

● Evaluate, guide, and set guardrails for the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools to

improve team productivity and code quality.

Delivery & Execution

● Lead the delivery of complex, cross-cutting features and initiatives

● Break down ambiguous product requirements into executable technical plans

● Identify technical risks early and proactively mitigate them

● Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform health

Team & Mentorship

● Mentor Senior and Associate engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and guidance

● Raise the overall engineering capability of the team

● Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

● Partner closely with Product, QA, and Clinical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

● 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience

● Proven experience leading technical initiatives or teams

● Strong expertise in:

○ React.js and frontend architecture

○ Node.js backend systems and API design

○ AWS cloud services (EC2 / ECS / EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)

● Deep understanding of:

○ System design and scalability

○ Data modeling and performance

○ Security and privacy considerations

● Hands-on experience with:

○ CI/CD pipelines

○ Production monitoring and incident response

● Strong decision-making and communication skills

● Ability to mentor and influence without micromanaging

● Drive automation and tooling improvements that reduce cognitive load, improve developer

experience, and maintain system correctness.

Nice-to-Have

● Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated domains

● Experience working with Kubernetes or distributed systems
