About The Team
This team will be responsible for building, store selling applications for various persona's ACO, SCO, Customer Care experience refresh with improved navigation, personalization, and features unique to the needs of individual customers and organizations. Increase helpfulness of saved lists/quoting for shopping and project planning. Improve quote, customer service, project management, notifications and drive overall selling and engagement
Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical direction on translating business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs. This includes facilitating the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications. This role serves as a technical expert for project teams throughout the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise software solutions. In addition, this role personally develops and delivers complex code modules, stable application systems, and integrated enterprise software solutions within various computing environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Working closely with product team in building product roadmap, translating the roadmap to design decisions, estimate and getting it developed.
- Collaborate with architects or engineering leaders to ensure functional specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs.
- Develop, configure, or modify microservices and event driven architectural solutions using appropriate technology stack.
- Build and execute automated test scenarios.
- Deploy the solution by building and maintaining continuous deployment pipelines.
- Participate and coach junior team members.
- Learn and continuously upgrade skills.
- R&D on new tech and capabilities

Years Of Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development or a related field.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
Primary Skills
- Proficient understanding of web fundamentals, design principles and web architecture.
- Proficient understanding and experience on HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, JavaScript, ES6, asynchronous programming, functional programming and TDD/BDD.
- Experience on React, React Hooks, Redux, Redux-Saga/Redux-Thunk and related technologies.
- Experience with Node/Hapi JS/Express/Fastify.
- Experience in building isomorphic web applications using JavaScript.
- Experience in unit testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme.
- Deep knowledge around aspects of scalability, load balancing, memory optimization and application performance for large scale cloud-based applications (1M+ users).
- Understanding of the CI-CD implementation and code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, etc.
Secondary Skills
- Experience with TypeScript, React Styled Components, React Storybook and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Accessibility, SEO and Web Analytics.
- Experience with Google cloud platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Spinnaker.
- Experience with any JavaScript automation test framework.
