Lead Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with 5–8 years of experience who can build scalable systems and also contribute to AI-driven product development, while mentoring team members and driving engineering excellence.

Location- Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience - 5 to 8 Years (Less than 5 years and more than 8 years will not be accepted)

Candidate Criteria (Important)

• Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred
• Only candidates from product-based companies will be considered
• Must have hands-on experience in Fullstack + AI stack
• Only candidates meeting all requirements will be processed

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end fullstack applications using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB
• Build and integrate AI-powered features (LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents) into product workflows
• Take complete ownership of features from design to deployment
• Architect scalable backend systems and APIs with performance and reliability in mind
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver intelligent, user-centric solutions
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and system design
• Work on cloud-native deployments and scalable infrastructure (AWS)
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, improving their technical and problem-solving skills
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards
• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions

Required : Strong experience in:

• Angular (performance optimization, scalable frontend architecture)
• Node.js (APIs, event loop, microservices, scalability)
• MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation, optimization)
• Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of API design, authentication, and security practices
• Proven experience in product-based companies
