We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to own our digital presence, drive web projects, and eventually build a high-performance application development team that leverages AI for speed and innovation.

The Role

You will be the architect and builder of our web ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a Developer + Strategist. You will build our corporate website from the ground up, ensure it is SEO-dominant, and deploy a scalable CMS. Beyond the website, you will establish modern development protocolsleveraging AI coding assistants and agentic workflowsto set the standard for the app development team you will help hire and lead.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Development & Architecture

> End-to-End Ownership: Design, develop, and deploy the Saints & Masters corporate website and associated web portals.

>Modern Tech Stack: Utilize modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, or Vue) to ensure best-in-class UI/UX and blazing-fast performance.

>CMS Deployment: Select and implement a scalable, user-friendly CMS (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, or Headless WordPress) that allows non-technical teams to manage content easily.

2. SEO, Performance & Security

SEO Engineering: Architect the site for maximum search visibility (Technical SEO, Schema markup, Core Web Vitals).

Security & Hosting: Manage hosting environments (AWS/Azure/Vercel), SSL certifications, firewalls, and data protection protocols.

Continuous Optimization: Monitor site performance and uptime; implement regular updates to ensure security and speed.

3. AI-Driven Development & Team Building

Leverage AI: Utilize AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development cycles and reduce boilerplate code.

Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting and mentoring a team of developers. Establish a culture of Smart Development where AI tools are integrated into the workflow.

Future Projects: Lead the technical execution of client-facing web application projects as the division grows.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend: React.js, Next.js (Preferred for SEO), Tailwind CSS, HTML5, TypeScript.

Backend: Node.js, Python, or Go.

Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

CMS: Experience with Headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity) or advanced WordPress customization.

DevOps: Basic CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and Docker.

Tools: Proficient with Git, Figma (for UI/UX collaboration), and AI development tools.

Experience: 4+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or solo-ownership capacity.
