Main Purpose:
To lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications by building robust front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services. The role requires end-to-end technical ownership, architecture decision-making, and team collaboration to deliver high-performance, secure, and user-centric web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complete web applications, including both client-side and server-side components.
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-platform compatibility across web applications.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their application to current and future projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1015 years of experience in full-stack web development, including significant hands-on coding experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end expertise with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET, along with frameworks like Express, Spring Boot, or Django.
- Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions and architectural decisions.
Preferred Experience:
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Performance optimization and security best practices for web applications.
