We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to drive frontend architecture, lead UI development initiatives, and build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires strong technical expertise along with team leadership experience to mentor developers and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Backend, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

Lead the frontend architecture and development of scalable web applications using React & TypeScript

Write clean, modular, and reusable code using JavaScript (ES6+)

Drive UI/UX implementation aligned with responsive and mobile-first design principles

Implement robust state management solutions

Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance

Build and enhance Progressive Web Applications (PWA)

Integrate APIs and third-party services including Firebase

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices

Manage version control workflows (Git-based)

Mentor junior developers and lead sprint planning from a frontend perspective

Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams for seamless delivery
