Job Description
- Build and manage pricing models (e.g., elasticity models, discounting frameworks, SKU-level profitability)
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer segmentation analyses to support pricing recommendations
- Design executive dashboards in Power BI (DAX knowledge preferred) to create real-time visibility into revenue, margin, pricing, and spend trends
- Develop high-impact presentations for the executive teamcovering performance trends, pricing proposals, strategic initiatives, and investment cases
- Standardize templates and storytelling frameworks for monthly business reviews, Investor Day prep, and strategic meetingsAnalyze procurement, SG&A, and operational spend patterns to identify productivity opportunities
- Support strategic planning with scenario modeling and long-range planning
- Prior Knowledge of SAP and should have flexibility to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools.
- Proficient in MS office Excel, PPT, WORD
- Should be a self-motivated & enthusiastic person with a zeal to learn things
Qualifications
- CA with 5 8 years (or) MBA from top tier university with minimum 8 years experience in FP&A and Strategic Projects.
- Excellent Communication with Strategic thinking and Business acumen.
- Advanced Analytical and Modeling Skills.
- Good with MS Office Tools (MS Power point and Excel)
