Job Description

  • Provide advanced technical assistance on Citrix products to high-complexity customers via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Analyze and debug multi-tiered applications, network protocols, and cloud/virtualization services to resolve issues independently.
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct case reviews for faster resolution.
  • Manage large and complex projects impacting multiple departments.
  • Contribute to departmental operational goals, budgets, and planning efforts.
  • Influence operational policies and practices within and outside the department.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, to resolve technical issues.
