Lead Enterprise Process Orchestration & Automation Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and evolve the enterprise orchestration and automation strategy across the organization.
• Lead the Enterprise Process Orchestration & Automation Design Authority and enforce best practices, standards, and architectural patterns.
• Design and implement process orchestration solutions integrating workflows, systems, and automation platforms.
• Drive platform strategy and creation of reusable frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
• Leverage platforms such as Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism, and similar tools for workflow and RPA solutions.
• Establish a federated delivery model balancing centralized governance with domain-level agility.
• Lead enablement programs to build orchestration and automation capabilities across business units and promote adoption.
• Mentor, manage, and develop enterprise process leads, developers, and specialists to drive high performance and capability growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in orchestration and automation practices, including the use of AI-driven automation.
