Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore & Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and technical skills.
- Manage project timelines and ensure alignment with business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in software development and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and projects.
