Project Management: Independently manage complex infrastructure projects including roads, rail, and land development, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Base Model Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate and efficient base models for projects.
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to enhance team capabilities.
Storm Network Planning: Conduct demand assessments, hydraulic modeling, and design of stormwater infrastructure.
Future Network Planning: Plan and integrate future networks with existing infrastructure through optioneering and strategic planning.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical reports, memos, and presentations to communicate project status and findings.
Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers, Assistant Engineers, Technical Managers, and global counterparts to deliver design calculations and drawings.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (roads, structures, rail, environment) for clash-free, compliant designs.
Standards & Tools Familiarity: Utilize Danish design standards and tools such as OpenRoads Designer Drainage & Utility, VejVand, DanDasGraf, MicroStation, and SewerGEMS.
Design & Modeling Software: Hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads, SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, Scalgo, DanDas Graf, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to design codes including DS/EN, VD, DMRB, Euro Codes, CIRIA, and Indian codes.
Communication: Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborate effectively within a team.
