Job Description
- Hands on experience in end to end testing on 4G/5G eNB/gNB elements.
- Hands on experience in testing the Layer 1, 2 and 3 functionality and features.
- Hands on experience in system integration of L1, L2, L3, OAM and EMS/NMS modules and validation
- Hands on experience to validate the functionality compliance to standards, specification and requirements
- Hands on experience in using the simulator and emulator for network and traffic simulation ( Preferred TM500/E500, Keysight etc..
- Hands on experience in test automation using the standard frameworks on daily nightly build
- Hands on experience in using the standard software version controller
- Hands on experience with bash and python scripting
- Hands on experience in analyzing the logs, pcap (FAPI and FH Pcap analysis) and radio parameters analysis
- Hands on experience in all 3GPP call flows and scenarios
- Must have good knowledge and hands on experience on wireless and networking protocols
- Exposure to RU/MU-MIMO and Integration with BBU.
- Should have hands-on experience on MAC, RLC and PDCP log analysis
- Should have worked on Core Features like, LA, Power control, Data Forwarding ...
Responsibilities
- Should closely work with development team to bring up the test environment for specific scenarios
- Should own the feature testing and delivery and closely work with development from design phase onwards
- Should lead a team and being a mentor to the team
- Involving in test scenario preparation & execution and follows up with development for closure.
- Responsibilities for end to end verification and software release to internal customer
- Raise up on critical time to support the team members
- Maintaining and tracking all internal and external issues with close co-ordination with development team
- Define verification and field-test scope aligned to product roadmap.
- Drive technical triage forums and ensure timely closure of internal/external issues.
- Field KPI analysis and brining improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7 to 10 yrs from Telecommunication or Networking background.
- Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE) or any other equivalent degree

About The Team
Tejas Networks provides scalable and innovative 4G/5G solutions. Our portfolio encompasses Radio Access Network solutions including Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) or Radio Units (RUs), Massive MIMO Radios (Advanced Antenna Systems, AAS) and Base Band Units (BBUs), Distributed Units (DUs) and Centralized Units (CUs), Mobile Packet Core and an Advanced Network management solution.
