Lead Engineer

• Deliver end-to-end project execution ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance

• Ensure adherence to Rockwell Automation engineering procedures and SSB Quality Management System (QMS)

• Drive standardization and maximize reuse of engineering assets and documentation

• Break down project activities, estimate effort, and define execution sequencing

• Coordinate resource requirements with project management based on schedules

• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders during execution phases

• Support team leadership in performance management and capability development

• Lead cross-functional teams across SSB, Global Engineering Center, and partners

• Drive cost optimization through engineering reuse and process improvements

• Support customer acceptance and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Participate in capability demonstrations and pre-sales technical support when required

• Maintain accountability for delivery excellence and project profitability
