Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems to support complex interactions within Meta HW infrastructure.
2. Develop full-stack web applications for internal infrastructure tooling using technologies such as:

• React.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• PHP / Hack
• GraphQL

1. Utilize ORM frameworks to model relational data effectively; exposure to EntSchema is a plus.
2. Scale backend systems and services using relational databases (SQL) and apply high-level software system design principles.
3. Participate in design and code reviews.
4. Collaborate with team members to integrate innovations and improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience with full-stack web technologies including:

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React
• HTML / CSS
• PHP / Hack
• GraphQL
• EntSchema

1. Strong JavaScript fundamentals including:

• Asynchronous programming
• Closures
• Types
• ES6 concepts

1. Deep understanding of HTML/CSS including:

• Layout
• Specificity
• Cross-browser compatibility
• Accessibility

1. Experience working in Linux environments.
