Job Summary
An experienced software professional responsible for end-to-end module ownershipdelivering quality software with minimal supervision. Demonstrates technical leadership, sharp problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise across the .NET stack, Azure cloud services, microservices architecture, and modern frontend technologies. Provides mentorship to peers, ensures code excellence, and implements robust, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional requirements and lead feasibility assessments with risk evaluations.
- Design, implement, test, and document software modules and APIs with full ownership from concept through deployment.
- Ensure traceability of requirements, drive performance optimization, and maintain code quality through reviews and coverage tracking.
- Manage module releases for integration and provide post-release support and incident resolution.
- Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and uphold engineering excellence through guidance and reviews.
- Participate in DevOps processes, secure coding practices, and application lifecycle enhancements.
- Contribute to documentation, estimation, and agile ceremonies while aligning with overall project goals.
Education & Experience
- Qualification: B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical degree
- Experience: 67 years in full-stack enterprise application development with leadership responsibilities
Technical Competencies
- Backend & Cloud Development:
- C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework (Code First & Database First)
- Azure PaaS & deployment pipelines, ARM templates
- Microservices development and orchestration via Kubernetes and containerization
- Frontend Development:
- ReactJS, Angular (optional), responsive web design
- Database Expertise:
- SQL Server (code-first & database-first), MS SQL Projects
- Familiarity with NoSQL, document, and columnar databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)
- Architecture & Process:
- Microservices patterns, ORM optimization, secure coding, caching strategies
- API design (RESTful, SOAP), documentation-first and code-first approaches
- High availability, scalability, disaster recovery design
- DevOps Tools & Scripting:
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell scripting
- Application Layers:
- Experience in all three tiers: frontend, business logic, and data access
