This position is for full-time employment in our Bengaluru office, this is primarily an in-office position although some flexibility will be allowed due to alignment with North American colleagues (e.g. late start/late finish WFH days).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Engineer in our Bangalore office to lead, inspire, and scale our Site Integration and Platform Engineering team. The ideal candidate will provide strong individual contributions while also serving as scrum master and team lead for an agile team of 4-6 engineers. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in cloud software development, web scraping, browser automation, and a strong grasp of Agile practices to help the team scale and efficiently execute. Working closely with the Head of Platform Engineering, product managers, and other team leads, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our engineering goals and have the opportunity to influence the technology stack that drives our organization's success. This role is hybrid, with a requirement to be in the Bangalore office at least 3 days a week, but flexible due to a high degree of involvement with European and North American team members.
