Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership and demonstrating commitment for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, installed base releases, pre-NPI/advanced development to be performed.
- Analyze existing implementation and suitably adapt specific components to meet the current business needs.
- Does component module/ sub- system design
- Performs the role of a developer by implementing components/modules/sub-systems.
- Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products, providing technical guidance in a technical/ functional area.
- Performs the role of a Requirements Engineer by analyzing and understanding the Functional Requirements Specification.
- Manages technical communication with customers.

Work Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in C++/C#.net windows desktop application development
- Healthcare imaging domain knowledge experience.
- Strong design patterns and Object-Oriented design experience; strong multi-threaded programming experience.
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs between multiple technical approaches and choose one.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Testing and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of the healthcare domain (imaging, workflows, Integration, verification)
- Good team player with positive attitude.
- Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Software Development Cycle – Preferably, SAFe Agile based delivery model.
