An experienced engineer with 58 years of expertise in connectivity technology validation, responsible for performing requirement analysis, design, and testing across firmware, core stack, and middleware layers. The individual leads module-level quality, performs root cause analysis, and provides technical mentoring to junior staff. Proven ability in post-silicon bring-up, system-level debugging, and low-level connectivity standards such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, and Ethernet on embedded platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform requirement analysis and feasibility studies at the system level with risk identification and effort estimation.
- Design, implement, test, and debug post-silicon test frameworks and validate connectivity features across multiple layers.
- Ensure traceability from design to delivery and contribute to code quality through optimization, coverage, and reviews.
- Own technical deliverables, conduct peer code reviews, and define test and validation strategies for silicon platforms.
- Identify training needs, lead capability-building efforts, and mentor team members on best practices and technology trends.
- Participate in organizational and project-level technical initiatives and deliver technical training as planned.
