We are seeking a Lead Engineer/Architect with a strong background in software development and system architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable and robust systems, guiding technical teams, and ensuring best practices in architecture and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
