About The Role
We are looking for a senior CSR Lead (Individual Contributor) to drive UKG India's community engagement and social impact initiatives. This role will focus on designing and delivering initiatives that expand opportunity, strengthen communities an align with UKG's global Impact strategy.
This role will partner with the global Belonging and Impact team to launch and scale global initiatives, while also leading the design and execution of locally relevant CSR programs in India. The role will ensure strong alignment with UKG's strategic priorities, foster employee engagement, and enhance brand reputation across the region.
his is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role responsible for end-to-end program execution and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Global Partnership & Local Leadership
- Partner with the global Belonging and Impact team to launch, localize, and scale global CSR and social impact initiatives in India
- Lead India-specific adaptation of global programs to reflect local community needs, regulatory requirements, and cultural context
- Provide insights and feedback to global teams to inform future program design
CSR Strategy & Program Execution (India)
- Lead end-to-end execution of UKG India's CSR initiatives as an individual contributor
- Identify high-impact opportunities leveraging AI, data, and digital technologies
- Design, pilot, and deploy AI-for-good initiatives across education, employability, skilling, inclusion, health, and digital equity
- Ensure alignment with global Corporate Responsibility and Susatainability, and Belonging and Impact priorities and compliance with India CSR regulations
Government & Ecosystem Engagement
- Collaborate with Government incubators, innovation hubs, and public-sector technology programs
- Build partnerships with startups, NGOs, academic institutions, and social enterprises
- Enable responsible public-private collaborations that support scalable, compliant CSR Initiatives
Employee Engagement & Tech Volunteering
- Drive employee volunteering initiatives including AI mentoring, hackathons, and digital skilling
- Partner with HR, Belonging & Impact, and Technology teams to embed CSR into employee experience
- Act as a subject-matter expert on technology-enabled social impact
Governance, Measurement & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with India CSR laws and governance standards
- Define and track impact metrics for global and local initiatives
- Contribute to Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability , CSR, and Belonging and Impact reporting
Brand, Thought Leadership & Representation
- Partner with Communications and Brand teams to amplify CSR outcomes
- Represent UKG India in CSR, AI-for-good, and public-sector innovation forums
- Support awards, recognitions, and thought leadership initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Deep knowledge of India CSR regulations and reporting requirements under the Companies Act, 2013
- 1015 years of experience in CSR, ESG, or social impact roles, preferably in technology-driven organizations
- Experience working with Government incubators or public-sector innovation programs (strong advantage)
- Strong knowledge of India CSR compliance and reporting
- Ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor
