Lead Electrical designer (PWR)

Job description

• Electrical Design and Detail Knowledge
• Can Co-ordinate with other Departments and Burns McDonnell US.
• Excellent Written and verbal Communication skills
• Knowledge of Design and drafting of layouts - Cable tray, raceway, grounding, Lighting, Area class
• Electrical equipment wiring
• One-Lines
• PLC Wiring
• Electrical and Instrumentation Installation
• Inter-Disciplinary Coordination
• Coordination with US Counterpart
• Coordinate with other discipline leads, project management team and client for execution of EPC type power projects
• Train younger Designers on technical topics related to electrical power plant engineering design
• Will undergo in-house training, onboarding subsequently work on project along with experienced Engineer and lead designer.
• Developing scope of work, conceptual design, and execution plans.
• Regularly meeting and corresponding with clients or outside personnel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of Smart Plant (SP3D)
• Auto/Microstation
• Lead team of Designers independently and execute mid/large size projects
