Key Responsibilities
1. Business Ownership (Revenue & Profitability)
- Drive top-line revenue, contribution margin, and growth for the mono-brand website & app
- Track and optimize key metrics: conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, CAC, ROAS
- Execute the commercial calendar (EOSS, seasonal launches, campaigns)
2. Performance Marketing & Traffic Growth
- Manage performance channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates) to drive quality traffic
- Optimize spends to ensure strong ROI and scalable growth
- Work with CRM team on retention, lifecycle journeys, and repeat business
3. Merchandising & Trading
- Own product listing, assortment planning, pricing, and promotions
- Partner with buying & planning teams for inventory availability and sell-through
- Monitor stock health, ageing, and markdown strategies
4. Website & App Experience
- Improve website/app journeys, landing pages, and checkout funnel
- Identify and fix drop-offs to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with tech/product teams for enhancements
5. Operations & Fulfilment
- Ensure seamless order processing, delivery SLAs, and return management
- Work with supply chain and warehouse teams to improve service levels
6. Reporting & Insights
- Track daily/weekly performance dashboards
- Generate actionable insights on traffic, conversion, and customer behavior
- Present business reviews with clear growth actions
