Job Description

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with 15+ years of hands-on development and strong leadership capabilities to lead, mentor, and manage development teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, architectural design, and modern web development practices, along with the ability to drive projects end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance support

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using .NET MVC and .NET Core

Architect robust solutions using Entity Framework and LINQ for data access and business logic

Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Drive application architecture decisions, performance optimization, and security best practices

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, and risk management

Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and production issue resolution

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core

Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC

Proficient in Entity Framework and LINQ

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), client-side development, and web technologies

Experience with RESTful APIs and web services

Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design concepts

Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
