Lead Dot net full stack developer

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using modern web technologies and frameworks
• Hands-on development with Angular (mandatory)

Custom Web Application Development

• Provide custom web application development using the .NET Framework, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technologies

Code Quality

• Ensure adherence to coding standards
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality

Mentoring

• Mentor and guide junior developers within the team

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework/ORM)
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular (v8+)
• Integrate front-end with back-end APIs and services
• Develop and maintain databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)

Software Development Lifecycle

• Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specs
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing
• Participate in code reviews
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Performance and Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Implement caching and other optimization techniques
• Monitor application performance and suggest improvements
