Delivery/ Operations

Oversee project metrics and dashboards across multiple projects and identify changes required in monitoring systems and governance processes to streamline delivery and reporting.

Oversee capacity management initiatives by project leads and provide guidance by identifying industry best practices as well technological infusion to be implemented.

Support project leads to resolve conflicts and roadblocks identified during cross-functional collaboration

Provide strategic guidance towards development of Quality function as well as customer operations based on Industry trends and best practices.

Guidance to project leads on executing efficiency strategies to reduce delivery costs in-line with organizational imperatives.

Leadership and team management

Foster environment that encourages innovation, excellence, and customer centricity within leadership team and across function; lead by example to embody organizational values

Drive succession planning strategy in collaboration with the HR team to identify training and coaching roadmap to support high performing and promising leaders

Design long term talent strategy in coordination with the HR team to address gaps in current recruitment, employee engagement, L&D and rewards and recognition programs

Client management

Collaborate with company management, operations and customer success teams to secure new business and support the growth of existing operations quality, ensuring strategic alignment for long-term success

Manage relations with clients to build promoters and act as escalation support and conflict resolution resource to ensure high customer satisfaction

Lead discussions with senior client leadership during monthly and quarterly business review meetings and daily huddles

Need to have extensive knowledge in coding transition.
