Responsibilities:
- Website Strategy & Optimization
- Plan and execute web-based marketing strategies aligned to drive more traffic to our website and impact on our online business presence.
- Collaborate with design, dev, and UX teams to optimize the site for performance, SEO, and conversions.
- Guide structure, content hierarchy, and technical aspects to improve organic visibility.
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Research target keywords, competitor gaps, and content opportunities using AI tools.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-performing, AI-optimized content.
- Ensure consistent updates to content based on SERP changes and algorithm updates.
- Content writing & optimization skills for SEO, including E-E-A-T & SERP features (Rich snippets, People Also Ask, etc.).
- Paid Campaigns & Performance Analytics
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns (Google, Bing, Performance Max, Remarketing ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and generate actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion through audience segmentation and ad testing.
- Assists with budget preparation for campaigns.
- Digital Brand Presence & Innovation
- Expand digital footprint via influencer outreach, partnerships, backlinks, and guest content.
- Explore and pilot new digital formats (AI chatbots, interactive content, etc.).
- AI & Automation-Driven Marketing
- Use automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks (e.g. link building, keyword ranking, competitor traffic analysis, website audit, etc.).
- Leverage AI for content ideation, target E-E-A-T feature like PAA, Rich Snippets, AI Mode, etc.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Design, Content, Sales teams) to align messaging and goals.
- Manage digital budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis.
