Lead Devops Engineer/Devops Manager

Must Have:

• Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python, with public GitHub repository or sample codes available.
• Experience working in Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience managing a team as a lead or manager.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience as a DevOps engineer designing, maintaining, and developing complex software, systems, and tools.
• Experience with automating DevOps processes.
• Programming experience with Java, Python, Bash, and Unix scripting.
• Experience with Linux administration.
• Experience with containerization and virtualization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with system upgrading/patching tools like Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Proven experience delivering and deploying commercial software solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience leading software development teams is a plus.
• Strong capability to coordinate teams and projects effectively.
• Expert knowledge in operating systems and scripting.
• Security experience or understanding in cloud environments is a big plus.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, collaborative, and technically curious.
