The Lead Engineer - DevOps for HemoCue is responsible for setting up and maintaining the cloud infrastructure for HemoCue products.

This position is part of the R&D team of HemoCue located in Bangalore and will be fully on-site. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Launch and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure. Automate the deployment of infrastructure using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar
• Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure smooth deployment of applications
• Monitor, Maintain and Optimize Infrastructure
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts and templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and management

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation etc
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in medical devices domain
• Cybersecurity
