Lead Developer- Full Stack /Front End/Backend

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and development of new products/features.
• Participate in all activities from concept to production including design, implementation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop technical specifications, participate in design/code reviews, and architecture reviews.
• Create test cases and test plans.
• Work in an Agile environment that is challenging and constantly evolving.
• Coordinate with other teams and resolve queries/dependencies proactively.
• Provide timely and proactive updates to stakeholders.

Must Have:

• Proficient in design and development with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, API Gateway, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with microservices development using Spring Boot, Spring Eureka, with strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance.
• Design and develop user interfaces using Angular 8+ with best practices for modern web apps.
• Make complex technical/design decisions for Angular projects.
• Develop application code and unit tests in Angular, Java, and REST Web Services.
• Experience in creating build pipelines and deploying in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience in CI/CD frameworks and technical design methodologies.
• Performance tuning and resolving server-side scalability issues.
• Code check-in using Git and/or Bitbucket.
• Sprint planning and defect tracking using Jira.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with messaging systems: Flask, RabbitMQ, Celery, or others.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch.
• Conducting performance tests and ensuring high performance on mobile and web.
• Writing test cases and documented JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience collaborating with design and back-end teams.
• Communication with external web services.
• Creating reusable and testable Angular components/modules.
• Writing extensive unit tests and using tools like JUnit, Mockito.
• Creating CI configurations, build and test scripts.
• Experience with TypeScript-based charting libraries.
• Understanding of the full stack from database to front-end, including caching and proxies.
• Writing non-blocking code and using multi-threading.
• Building infrastructure for serving front-end applications and assets.

Nice to Have Certification:

• Certification in Angular, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
