Job Description

Lead Designer Innaide

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Dwarka Sector 10, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day week)

Work Mode: In-office

Innaide is looking for a Lead Designer to take end-to-end ownership of our brand identity, digital experiences, and product packaging. This is a high-impact role where you will define the visual direction and design language for a fast-growing health-tech company building innovative solutions in women's and pelvic health.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding

  • Build and maintain Innaide's complete brand identity system (logo, typography, colors, brand guidelines).
  • Create brand assets for marketing, social media, website, print, and packaging.
  • Ensure consistent visual expression across all touchpoints and platforms.

UI/UX App & Website

  • Design user-centric interfaces for Innaide's mobile app, website, and internal dashboards using Figma.
  • Build prototypes, design systems, and scalable UI components.
  • Conduct usability thinking, iterate on feedback, and refine user journeys.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Packaging & Product Design

  • Lead packaging design for product boxes, inserts, labels, and physical components.
  • Work closely with the hardware and marketing teams to create cohesive product experiences.
  • Prepare print-ready packaging files and ensure high-quality execution.

Additional Design Responsibilities

  • Create visual content, marketing creatives, and brand communication materials.
  • Perform basic video editing for promotional content, reels, and product explainers.
  • Maintain high design consistency and uphold brand standards across all outputs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, branding, or visual design roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, UI/UX, and product design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic Premiere Pro/After Effects for simple video edits.
  • Preferred: Candidates with formal education in Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, HCI, or related fields.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive creative decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
