About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Verification Engineer with 6+ years of experience in DDR4 and DDR5 technologies. This role offers the opportunity to lead verification efforts for cutting-edge memory subsystems, collaborate with global teams, and drive innovation in high-performance SoC design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design verification activities for DDR4/DDR5 memory controllers and PHY.
• Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans, testbenches, and coverage models.
• Drive UVM-based verification methodology for complex SoC designs.
• Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and validation teams to ensure first-pass silicon success.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and team growth.
• Identify gaps in verification and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in design verification, with strong expertise in DDR4/DDR5 protocols.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM, and verification methodologies.
• Solid understanding of SoC architecture, memory subsystems, and high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with simulation, debugging, and coverage-driven verification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
